Rapper Blueface was arrested and charged with attempted murder. Blueface, real name Johnathan Porter, was arrested on Hughes Center Drive for an incident on Oct. 8, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said in a statement Tuesday. . He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center.
His inmate report confirms that Blueface was convicted of attempted murder, use of a deadly weapon, and throwing a weapon into a house, vehicle or device on Tuesday. His arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday at 8 a.m. local time.
The 25-year-old rapper has also been known to drive an unregistered car, trailer or tractor-trailer, according to the report. Las Vegas police did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
Wack 100, Blueface’s manager, told Rolling Stone that Blueface’s girlfriend Chrisean Rock was also with him at the time of his arrest. PEOPLE reached out to Wack 100 for comment but did not immediately respond. It is not known who Blueface has hired as an attorney to speak on his behalf.

In footage of the incident obtained by TMZ, Blueface is seen sitting on a bench across from Chrisean Rock’s house. A plainclothes man approached him and pinned him against the wall. A few other officers came out and helped get Blueface to the ground.
Another image shows the “Bussdown” rapper surrounded by about half a dozen police officers in white uniforms, as someone handcuffs him. He was on his stomach before police turned him over and dragged him to his feet. Two policemen searched his wallet before he was taken away. A concerned bystander who also captured the video, obtained by TMZ, asked officers why Blueface was being held, and one responded that he had a warrant.
Chrisean Rock reacted to the arrest of Blueface in his Instagram story, making it clear that he will support him when he appears in court on Wednesday. He said he hoped he would come back.
